With more than 30 years of combined professional experience in food service and event production, Erica Beneke and Matt Farr bring two storied careers together to create Red Fiddle Vittles. Erica is from upstate New York via Austin, TX where she was an executive chef for more than seven years. Matt is from Memphis, TN and has managed kitchens, restaurants, urban farms, and food justice initiatives across the Southeast. After many years of living in many places, Erica and Matt now call the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina home.
